  1. Win a CASIO G-Shock Watch Daily (the "Promotion") is organised by Singtel Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd ("Singtel") and supported by Singapore Post Limited ("SingPost").
  2. Promotion is valid from 25 September 2017, 0000hrs to 31 October 2017, 2359hrs.
  3. Singtel customers shall be eligible for the Promotion with 1 chance for any single transaction of minimum $10 top-up to their Prepaid hi!Card SAM kiosks island wide, SAM web and SAM mobile app.
  4. The winners will be drawn on 08 November 2017 at Singtel Comcentre II, 31B Exeter Road.
  5. The winners will be notified by telephone via call or SMS (using details provided at entry) from 20 November 2017 and must collect their Redemption Letter/Prize at Singtel Comcentre along with their original NRIC or Passport within the collection period specified by Singtel. If a winner does not respond to Singtel within 2 days of being notified, or fails to comply with any instructions specified by Singtel, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Singtel will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  6. The Promotion is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or any other prizes and other items in part or in whole. SingPost & Singtel may at its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice replace or substitute any prize with another prize of a similar value; the replacement/substitute shall be selected by Singtel.
  7. It is a condition precedent of the Promotion that all eligible customers consent to the public disclosure of their names and their other particulars (including release of their photographs) for publicity or commercial purposes. The eligible customers also consent to co-operate with and participate in publicity activities organised by SingPost in relation to the Promotion without compensation whatsoever. SingPost reserves the right to disclose and publish the names and such other particulars of the winning customers (including photographs) to any persons and in such mode and manner as SingPost may in its sole discretion deem appropriate.
  8. All winners shall accept the prizes as they are and subject to any terms and conditions which may be attached thereto. SingPost and Singtel make no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to any reward awarded in this Promotion. SingPost and Singtel assume no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect of any defect or deficiency in any of the rewards.
  9. SingPost and Singtel has the absolute discretion at any time and from time to time to determine or cancel the eligibility of an otherwise eligible customer and shall not be obliged to give any reason thereof.
  10. Customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when they participate in this Promotion. If customers do not agree to these terms and conditions, they should not participate in the Promotion.
  11. The decision of SingPost and Singtel on all matters relating to or in connection with this Promotion (including the eligibility of a customer, the manner in which rewards are awarded to each customer and the conduct of the Promotion) shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. SingPost and Singtel shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence with any customer on any matter concerning the Promotion.
  12. SingPost and Singtel shall not be liable in any way to any customer for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Promotion, including any act or omission relating to the customer's participation in the Promotion, howsoever caused.
  13. SingPost and Singtel may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete or add to these terms and conditions (including the conduct of the Promotion and eligibility and rewards) and may also withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any customer.
  14. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  15. These terms and conditions are governed by Singapore Law.
